Mengjia Wang is an illustrator currently based in Plymouth, UK.
I love to draw, the love for drawing give me continuous motivation to draw, my creative inspiration mainly comes from the observation and experience in daily life. From street scenes, expressions of the crowd, changes in closure to the concerns and emotions of life, all the time, I look for traces in my works.
Whether it's the fast-paced city life, the ordinary but warm little moments, I like to transform them into vibrant and storytelling works. My illustration style is sometimes simple, sometimes full of dreamy colours, I like to explore multiple forms of artistic expression and experiment freely with different styles.
